Greyson (I'm assuming that's his name from his youtube account) is a 6th grade, teenage-heartthrob in the making! He recently performed a cover of Lady Gaga's Paparazzi at his school's talent festival and blew audiences away! Not only were his "groupies" full of giggles in the background, Greyson became a youtube sensation overnight with over 1 million hits in just one week! That's impressive! Move over Justin Bieber, its Greyson Fever time!
